Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Dead Sea products cannot be returned once opened or used for hygiene reasons.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns.

If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, please contact us within 14 days. 3odek will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
